- Einar, I recommend not doing anything else regarding the document control comment. I have checked ADAMS and it appears that the complete document was added in spite of the noted concerns.
However I do have another issue. As part of my prep for the partial site release, I am reconciling the survey units listed in the LTP with the surveys submitted. I have attached some questions I would like you to address so I can address them in my SE.

- John, Can you put me in touch with Susan Hicks directly? We cant re-create the problem with the Missing Hidden Text and therefore have been unable to make any corrections. We will implement the new numbering system as requested, but without further information we are unable to process the files any differently than previously submitted.

Document Control Desk cannot process document(s) on CD-ROM DOCKET NUMBER: 05000312 DOCUMENT DATE: March 5, 2009 Email Subject (doc title): Final Status Survey (FSS) Report for the remainder of the Rancho Seco survey Units.
REASON FOR REJECTION: CD contains PDF files with Missing Hidden Text.
Also, the PDF files submitted were not prefixed (ie., 01_..., 02_..., 03_...,etc) with a consecutive numeric value to indicate the progression in which information should be presented/reviewed, hence the DPC staff is not absolutely certain what order these PDF files should be packaged in ADAMS. Conveyance of the importance for document files to be submitted in an obvious sequenced manner would be greatly appreciated and extremely helpful.
Please contact the licensee to obtain new CD(s) that is accessible with PDFs that conforms to the document submittal guidance that is listed on the external NRC website. I'm sending back to you, John, the whole package. Please send the resubmittal package down to me to process @ OP1-36. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at x6534.
