This letter is to inform you that as of July 16, 2009, Ms. Karen Cotton is assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Project Manager (PM) for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2. Mr. John Stang will serve as the backup PM for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
