Salem Generating Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Amendment Request S08-06 Relocate Communications,. Manipulator Crane, and Crane Travel Requirements from Technical Specifications.

PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Salem Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated April 9, 2009. The proposed amendment would relocate three (3) technical specification (TS) requirements pertaining to communications during refueling operations (TS 3/4.9.5), manipulator crane operability (TS 3/4.9.6), and. crane travel (TS 3/4.9.7) to the Salem Generating Station Technical Requirements Manual.
