Cycle histograms I looked at the histograms. The entries for 1973, 1983 and 1992 for Unit 1and 1975 and 1992 for Unit 2 just indicate the unit was shut down at the end of the calendar year. Therefore the cumulative numbers of startups and shutdowns would be equal. If the unit were operating, there would be one more startup than shutdown.
