Survey of Long-Term Compensatory Measures
- Steve, In the March 19, 2009, meeting minutes in ADAMS accession number ML090710298, it is documented that NEI agreed to provide information on long-term compensatory measures from licensees that are not adopting NFPA 805. We have reviewed our OPM clearance requirements and have identified that this information request likely needs OPM clearance. Therefore, please do not collect this information on behalf of the NRC at this time.
Since the information was supposed to be related to data up to the end of June 2009, "NEI indicated that it plans to provide data up to June 30," information shouldn't have been collected yet. When the NRC receives the appropriate clearance, paperwork reduction act, etc., for this activity we will be in touch regarding the collection of information.
