Engineering determined that the pipe clamp had not rotated out of its original position and would perform its design function. Work Order 59101880560 was completed to Summary # Nl.F1.l 0.616 tighten loose bolts.
Restraint on l-SW-P-lB Anchor bolting was observed to be F-AI F1.40A corroded and configuration of support did not match design drawing. Corrosion on bolting was determined to be less than 10% and engineering determined that bolting was acceptable. Engineering determined that existing support configuration was acceptable and Summary # N1.F1.40.007 drawing revision was initiated.
Recirc. Spray Sump Caps Cap covering hole in containment E-C I E4.1l liner was observed to be missing from location #2 in the Recirc.
Spray Sump. Cap was replaced in accordance with ASME XI Repair/Replacement Plan 2009-086.
