In response to your letter, dated May 13th 2009, requesting data on solid radioactive wastes (types and quantities), and liquid and gaseous wastes, please note that you can obtain this information using our publicly-available Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). Documents in the ADAMS can be searched using the link http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams/web-based.html.

The information you have requested is contained in Radioactive Effluent Release Report, and "Environmental Report," submitted annually to NRC by an organization operating the plant. An example search criterion can be 2008 Seabrook effluent release report, or "2008 Seabrook environmental report."
