Monticello - Draft RAI on COLR for Cycle 25 (TAC ME1422)

We would like to have a conference call with you to clarify a few items described in the Cycle 25 COLR, such as which version of TRACG code was used to generate confirmation count setpoint and amplitude setpoint, and the backup stability protection (BSP) calculation in Table 23 corresponding to power/flow map shown in Figuress 5 and 6.
