This letter confirms our plans as discussed between members of our staffs to discuss the 2008 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. (EDT),
at the Davis-Besse Energy Education Center, located at the Davis-Besse site, Oak Harbor, Ohio. The meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
