Effective 8 June 2009, Jim Woodward, Ph.D. has been appointed as interim Chancellor, North Carolina State University. Dr. Woodward replaces James Oblinger, Ph.D. The University will be initiating a search for a permanent appointment to the office of the Chancellor. Mailing address and telephone number for the Chancellor are not being changed.
