KEWAUNEE POWER STATION ERRATA for 2008 ANNUAL ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING REPORT On April 28, 2009, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) submitted the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) 2008 Annual Environmental Monitoring Report (reference 1). It has since been determined that page 1 of the report was not included in that submittal.

Enclosed is page 1 of the report.

This non-conformance has been documented in the KPS corrective action program.

1.0 INTRODUCTION

The Kewaunee Power Station is a 598 megawatt pressurized water reactor located on the Wisconsin shore of Lake Michigan in Kewaunee County. The Plant became critical on March 7, 1974.

Initial power generation was achieved on April 8, 1974, and the Plant was declared commercial on June 16, 1974.

This report summarizes the environmental operation data collected during the period January - December 2008.

Dominion Energy Kewaunee, operater and owner of the Kewaunee Power Station, assumes responsibility for the environmental program at the Plant. Any questions should be directed to Mr.
