Regarding the proposal to set requirements for security checks on staff at research reactors, I have no issues with the proposal.
The Missouri University of Science and Technology Reactor Facility is a small 200 kW reactor with a staff of four fulltime personnel. We have gone through the security background checks for safeguard information and will not be affected by the new proposal.
