ISSUANCE OF ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE TO CONVERT FROM HIGH - TO LOW-ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL - UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN NUCLEAR REACTOR This is to inform the Commission that an Order modifying License No. R-74 will be issued on or about June 12, 2009 to the listed licensee, authorizing the possession of Low Enriched Uranium (LEU) fuel to support their conversion from High Enriched Uranium (HEU) fuel to LEU fuel.
