Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion). This letter is to notify the NRC of these changes and request an update to the NRC service lists regarding correspondence for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations (paper copy and electronic format).
Service lists for each station should be revised as follows:
Paper Copy Format All formal correspondence to Dominion, concerning Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations, should be changed from Mr. David A. Christian and now be addressed to Mr. David A. Heacock as follows:
