On June 3, 2009, the Associate General Counsel for Hearings, Enforcement and Administration received your letter, dated May 28, 2009, requesting a hearing regarding the denial by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in issuing you a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license.
Consistent with NRR's letter to you, dated May 13, 2009, we have forwarded your letter requesting a hearing to the Office of the Secretary, Attention: Rulemakings and Adjudications Staff, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for their action as appropriate.
