FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH EXELON GENERATION COMPANY DATE & TIME: Thursday, June 18,2009 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-03B04 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: Exelon, the licensee for LaSalle County Station and Limerick, has requested a pre-application meeting regarding its proposed measurement uncertainty recapture license amendment request. Licensee personnel have several areas they would like to discuss, including, steam dryer evaluation, implementation of TSTF-493 (setpoints), and location of installation of ultrasonic flow meters.

CATEGORY 1: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Proprietary information will be discussed at certain times during this meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
