San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace v. NRC, No. 08-75058
Dear Ms. Catterson:
Attached please find an errata sheet for San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace's Initial Brief in Case No. 08-75058, which was filed on February 9, 2009. Printed copies of the brief, which will be mailed to the Court today, will reflect these corrections.
Yesterday, by Federal Express, I also sent the Court copies of Petitioner's Excerpts of the Record. In my cover letter, I stated that I planned to file an electronic copy of the corrected brief. In a subsequent conversation with an official in the Clerk's office, however, I was told that it would not be necessary or appropriate to file a corrected electronic copy of the brief.
Thus, only a paper copy of the corrected brief will be filed.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
/s/
