Table 5-4B lists Survey Unit 800001 as Folsom Canal Intake but Table 5-4C lists Survey Unit 800001 as Helicopter Pad Area. Please clarify.
Answer: Table 5-4B is soils, Table 5-4C is paved surfaces. These two areas are physically adjacent so they received the same survey area number, but were separated in the LTP according to the characterization methods. For FSS, paved surfaces are treated as soils. Both of these areas were surveyed in Survey Unit F8000011.
The following survey units listed in the noted LTP tables do not appear have surveys submitted.
Please explain why not.
Answer: Several survey areas were combined during FSS due to the results of the characterization. In some cases, there is some overlap of Survey Units, so more than one Survey Unit contains some portion of the area listed. Listed below are the Final Status Survey Units that correspond to the survey areas from the LTP tables.
