FOR PLUM BROOK REACTOR FACILITY, SANDUSKY, OHIO
Dear Mr. Peecook:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reviewed the National Aeronautics and Space Administrations (NASAs) license amendment request dated January 9, 2009 (ML090140338), in conjunction with NASAs transmittal of its final Plum Brook radiological characterization and dose pathway analyses reports dated March 20, 2009 (ML090900743).
Based on this review, NRC has identified the enclosed request for additional information. We request NASAs response within 45 days from the date of this letter. Following receipt of the additional information, we will continue our evaluation of NASAs amendment request.
