May 15, 2009 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:
ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC.
(Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3)
This is to inform the parties that on May 20, 2009, Commissioner Kristine L. Svinicki will be present at the Indian Point Energy Center to observe the force-on-force inspection carried out by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding on the license renewal application. If the parties have questions regarding this visit, please call Darani Reddick at (301) 415-1850.
