Hudson River Estuary meetings clarification Hi Everyone, We would like to clarify dates and information for upcoming Hudson River Estuary Program meetings as follows:

May 21- Goalkeepers meeting - CANCELLED June 8 - Hudson River Estuary Management Advisory Committee (9 am to 10:30 am) AND Hudson River Estuary Summit Meeting (10:30 am to 4:30 pm) both at Hotel Thayer, West Point. You are invited to these meetings in lieu of the Goalkeepers meeting. A PDF email attachment with details will be coming to you by Friday.

June 17 - Hudson River Estuary Management Advisory Committee - CANCELLED June 18 and 19 - Planning for Meaningful Evaluation - Date confirmed by NOAA trainers - more details to follow.

More details about the Summit and changes from the last email sent:

1. There is plenty of room for everyone at this new location for the Summit, therefore we do not need to limit attendance. There will be a charge for lunch.

2. The panel speakers for the Summit will be external partners, but for your involvement we encourage you to participate in the dialogue that will take place after each of the three panels. Next week, we will email you the questions that will be posed to the panels.

3. We are working on possible involvement by Commissioner Pete Grannis and Assistant Commissioner Jim Tierney at the HREMAC meeting in the morning.

4. When we email you the PDF Summit meeting invitation on Friday, would you please:

a. Reach out to five key partners and ask them to come.

b. Email the PDF Summit meeting invitation out to your contacts.
