Dear Sir/Madam:
Plant Manager, Roger Christians, has retired from Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC). Mr.
Christians was one of three reviewing officials for DPC. DPC requests that Mr. Christians be deleted as one of our reviewing officials.
In accordance with the order EA-06-244, "Order Imposing Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Check Requirements for Access to Safeguards Information", we are enclosing a money order in the amount of $36.00. This is to cover the cost of the processing fee for investigating Dairyland Power Cooperative's (DPC) replacement nominee as a "Reviewing Official", Michael Brasel. Recent fingerprint cards and FBI background investigation results are on file for Mr.
Brasel. Per DPC's NRC Project Manager, Kristina Banovac, the "NRC will request the FBI criminal record using the individual's social security number." (See Attachment)
