Dear Mr. Jensen:

This letter is to inform you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will conduct a Category 3 public meeting/open house on May 28, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., at the St. Joseph/ Maud Preston Palanske Memorial Library in St. Joseph, MI. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open public forum to discuss the Agencys annual assessment of the D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plants. The NRC will be available to answer questions from the public regarding plant performance, as well as the Agencys oversight of the facility. Indiana Michigan Power is invited to attend this meeting.
