Surry NPS Hostile Action Drill Protective Action Decision Considerations

Key points Handled as Two events

- Main Focus Law Enforcement/Hostage Event (COVEOP)

- Secondary NPS Conditions (Radiological Plan)

Help LE with the situation on the ground

- Need to coordinate with Localities

- PAD or News Release 5 miles to stay inside and off of the roads in an effort to help emergency responders travel to the area
