Facility Operating License DPR-44 and DPR-56 NRC Docket 50-277 and 50-278 and ISFSI Docket 72-29 Radioactive Effluent Release Report 51 January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 Enclosed is the Radioactive Effluent release Report 51, January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008, for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3.
This report is being submitted in compliance with 10CFR50.36a (2) and the technical Specifications of Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56, and to fulfill the requirements of ODCM 3.10.2. Additionally, this report is submitted to satisfy annual effluent reporting requirements for the ISFSI required by the Offsite Dose Calculation manual (ODCM).
There were revisions made to the ODCM for the 2008 reporting period.
There are no commitments contained in this letter.
