ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO REVISE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 6.6.5, CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (TAC NO. ME0846)
Dear Sir or Madam:
By letter dated March 10, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML090690823), you applied for an amendment to the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2, Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-6. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications (TS) pertaining to the Core Operating Limits Report to delete the specific references listed in TS 6.6.5.b. Subsequently, by letter dated April 21,2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML091130240), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
