RE: Operator Re-test Application for VY
- Cindy, I believe it states in the cover letter that we are requesting only the 25 question SRO written exam, with everything else waived, due to the candidate passing all the other portions. We did not request an exam date, but I just talked to our training folks and the remediation training is scheduled to conclude 4/30, we then need to submit a final 398, so the requested date would be Monday, 5/18/09.
