Dear Mr. Gasser:
This letter is to inform you that as of May 4,2009, Ms. Donna Wright is assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Project Manager (PM) for Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Hatch), and Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Vogtle). Mr. Robert E. Martin will serve as the backup PM for Hatch and Vogtle, and will continue to serve as the PM for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Farley). Ms. Wright will serve as the backup PM for Farley.
Please include Ms. Wright for Hatch and Vogtle, and Mr. Martin for Farley on your distribution to receive all licensing correspondence.
