Millstone dry cask inspection Mr. Dolishny, We will be performing an inspection of your dry cask storage campaign during the week of April
- 13. We plan to arrive at the site Monday afternoon and get processed for our badges and dosimeters. We will start the inspection Tuesday morning. Please set up an entrance meeting for Tuesday morning. It would be helpful if the information listed below could be gathered so we can start to review it when we get on site. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me or Jim Schmidt (jim.schmidt@nrc.gov, 610-337-5276).
"Readiness" document, if you have prepared one, based on lessons learned from your last dry cask loading campaign ISFSI related CRs since the last NRC ISFSI related inspection completed on July 28, 2006 Internal QA review of last campaign Documentation of last annual crane inspection Details on any work performed or modifications to heavy haul path since July 2006 The unit fuel is being loaded from and what type of fuel it is Compliance matrix for fuel selected for this campaign indicating that it meets Tech Specs The amendment of the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for the NUHOMS-32PT dry cask storage system you will be following for your upcoming campaign ISFSI related training records for all new personnel, including welders, since July 2006 72.48 screenings and evaluations since July 2006 Changes made to 72.212 report since July 2006 Dose reports for dry cask campaigns since July 2006 Thank you for your cooperation.
