Enclosed is Revision 7 of the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) Security Plan. contains a description of, and rationale for, the changes included in Revision 7. Enclosure 2 contains the revised Plan and Appendices.
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) has determined that the changes contained in Revision 7 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PNP Security Plan.
Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the attachments to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, ENO requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (c).
