Purpose:
To discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.
Attendees:
NRC: G. Dentel, Chief, Projects Branch 1, Region I S. Kennedy, Senior Resident Inspector M. Davis, Resident Inspector Constellation: David Fitz, Constellation Senior Corporate Communications Consultant Louis Larragoite, Manager Nuclear Safety and Security Public Participation*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Constellations performance at Calvert Cliffs during calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis.
