This letter reports changes in the supervisory positions at the RPI Reactor Critical Facility (RCF).

The current Facility Director, Glenn Winters, is taking a position with the International Atomic Energy Agency, effective April 1, 2009. Dr. Jeffery Geuther will take over the position of Facility Director on that date. His position of Operations Supervisor will be filled by Jessica Berry, a licensed Senior Reactor Operator at the facility. Mrs. Berry will replace Mr. Winters on the NSRB. Dr. Geuther is already an NSRB member.

To assure the*continuity of RCF operationi,the'tlfansfer of'responsibilities'.for both positions will be completed before Mr. Winters leaves RPI to assume his new position at IAEA.
