We are sending this information so that you can prepare for the public meeting on March 30 to discuss this subject. {Daniele: Please include this Email and the attachment in public ADAMS}.
Our comments in the attached electronic markup do not include a couple of high-level policy type issues (e.g., use of focused scope PRAs). Those will be discussed at the public meeting and documented in a formal memo from Jack Grobe to Alex Marion, when we reply to Alex Marion's letter to Jack dated January 13th, 2009.
