Re: Draft Material for May 31 Meeting Categories: Yellow Category
- Adrain, Thanks for the reports and presentations.
As I mentioned during our phone conversation, we are looking for a comprehensive approach on the high frequency as presented by the Westinghouse during the audit meeting in April. I hope that the HF presentation will be expanded to address structures and systems also.
We will review this material prior to our meeting, and I plan to hold an intemal meeting prior to meeting with you on May 31st to consolidate our views and feedback.
My goal is same as yours, we need to come to closure on these issues and have a clear understanding on contents of an application.
Looking forward to our meeting, Nilesh

- Nilesh, Four documents are attached to assist your team in their preparations for the meeting next Thursday, May 31, 2007.
With the exception of the summary on the coherency function (Summary NAA2007), these documents reflect the current industry views on these topics. We look forward to finalizing the detailed documentation on these topics based on the outcome of the meeting. For example, the OBE-SSE outline, which we will expand on in the meeting, reflects the principles of Part 52, and should form the basis of a simple paper once there is a common understanding on the topic.
We are looking forward to a constructive and productive meeting next week where we hope to finalize a schedule for reaching a common understanding on these topics so that license applications can be finalized in the next three months.
If you have questions please call me.
Have a great Memorial Day holiday.
