Facility: Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 & 2 Docket No. 50-334 and 50-412 Date and Time: March 31, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Location: Shippingport Community and Municipal Building 164 State Road 3016 Shippingport, PA. 15077

Purpose:

To discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Beaver Valley Power Station for calendar year 2008 and the role of the NRC in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: R. Bellamy, Chief, Projects Branch 6, Region I D. Werkheiser, Senior Resident Inspector, Beaver Valley D. Spindler, Resident Inspector, Beaver Valley Licensee Attendees: K. Ostrowski - Director of Site Operations R. Brosi - Director of Performance Improvement and other members of Beaver Valley staff Public Participation: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss FENOCs safety performance at Beaver Valley Power Station during calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis Meeting
