COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION, DOCKET NO. 50-397 INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION, DOCKET NO. 72-35 2008 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.36a(a)(2), 10 CFR 72.44(d)(3), Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Technical Specification (TS) 5.4.c, and Columbia Generating Station (CGS) TS 5.6.2, the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report is hereby submitted as an enclosure to this letter. The report includes a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluents and solid waste released from CGS during the reporting period.
A complete copy of the CGS Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) is also enclosed with this submittal as required by TS 5.5.1. This copy of the ODCM includes revisions made to the document during 2008.
There are no commitments being made to the NRC by this letter.
