March 13, 2009 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN:
CALVERT CLIFFS 3 NUCLEAR PROJECT, LLC, and UNISTAR NUCLEAR OPERATING SERVICES, LLC (Combined License Application for Calvert Cliffs Unit 3)
This is to inform the participants that Commissioner Kristine L. Svinicki will tour the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, on Thursday, March 19, 2009. This is a routine plant visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Calvert Cliffs Unit 3 combined license application. If the participants have questions regarding this visit, please call James Beall at (301) 415-1850.
