ndian Point plant I am against Entergy's proposal to extend for 20 years the plant's operating licenses.Since the plant is so old and is leaking radioactive water into the Hudson, it should be closed down. The pollution of the Hudson River should not be allowed to continue, as well as the poisoning of fish in the river should be stopped. It is also built on an earthquake fault line, close to New York City. What genius decided on that placement? A new facility should be built to replace it by 2013, when the operating licenses expire, so power can be continued in a safe and effective manner. As the Nuclear Regulatory Commission voting on this matter, please vote against keeping Indian Point open. Thank you. Lucille Helman
