I received your voice message and wanted to follow-up. Joe Mangano had indicated that he would attend the public meeting (I had pre-registered him), but he did not actually show up. I believe Manna Jo Greene from Clearwater presented remarks on his behalf, but I'll have to wait for the transcripts to come back to be certain.
She may also have presented the court reporter with a hard copy of Joe's remarks.
I'll let you know as soon as I have something more concrete from the public meeting.
