Introductions
Inspection Implementation
- This inspection of your SBO Diesel will be ONE sample, performed early, of the full Mods Team inspection, scheduled for July-Aug. Will use IP 71111-17
- Scheduled at this time, to support completion of the License Renewal Insp.
- Will also perform 2 additional LR inspection items
- Underground cable inspection, in manhole 36
- Verification that the as-built SBO agrees with your LR Application details Objectives
- Permanent Plant Modification
- Verify that the design bases, licensing bases, and performance capability of risk significant SSCs were not degraded through modifications
- Verify that design & licensing basis and affected procedures adequately updated
- In addition, a PI&R review to assess your problem identification thresholds and corrective action follow-up for this Mod Thanks in advance for your support Schedule This week on site, Monday through Friday Operating out of GSB Room 227 Daily debrief with your team, time TBD De-brief Meeting planned for 3 p.m. Thursday, June 5 [GSB Rm 441]
Documentation This inspection will be a part of the Mods Team report, IR 2008-012 ANY QUESTIONS
