On June 27,2008, the NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2008-16, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations." RIS 2008-16 requested that addressees voluntarily submit estimates regarding operator licensing examinations.

In the enclosure to this letter, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) provides an update of the requested information for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP). The enclosed NRC Form 536 supersedes the operator exam information included in the RIS 2008-16 response letters submitted August 7, 2008 and October 27,2008.
