Revision 11 of the North Carolina State University Physical Security Plin is enclosed.
The changes made were evaluated and determined to not decrease the effectiveness of physical security. The evaluation of this revision is attached. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Revision 11 of the Security Plan will be implemented without prior NRC approval upon approval of the revised site-specific Compensatory Measures dated 29 January 20Q9.
