Attached are the performance data sheets that include statistics on the various categories of testing, substances for which testing is conducted, random testing rate, and a summary of management actions.

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 26, Fitness for Duty Programs, Final Rule, dated March 31, 2008, future performance data will be submitted on an annual basis.

0 Total Confirmed Positive Tests for All Specific Substances, Refusals to Test, and Adulterated Specimens: 26 APPEALS: Six appeals were received during this reporting period; in these appeals the denials were upheld.

EVENTS:

There was one event identified as 24-hour reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73 during this reporting period.

TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS:

No temporary suspensions or administrative actions were taken against individuals based on on-site presumptive positive drug results.

TESTING RATE:

The random testing rate for the second half of 2008 was 48% of the (half-year) average total population.

The random testing rate for the year 2008 was 54% based on an average testing pool population of 1877 individuals.
