RAI B2.1.3-2 During review of LRA B2.1.3, Operating Experience the staff noted that there were two instances of cracking due to IGSCC of Safety Injection Accumulator Tanks. Although these cracks were repaired and the ISI program was augmented to include additional inspections, such as UT and PT, the applicant did not indicate if new activities were implemented to improve and monitor the environment to preclude IGSCC. Please provide details of any preventive activities to preclude IGSCC.
