Dear Mr. Mitchell:
Thank you for your letter of December 29, 2009, in response to our December 1, 2008,
letter and Notice of Violation concerning a security event that occurred between April 1, 2004,
and June 24, 2008. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised
in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a
future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
