SUBJECT:
2006 DRESDEN PROPOSED EXAMINATION NOT AVAILABLE IN ADAMS At the completion of the biennial office audit by a headquarters inspection team, it was determined that the 2006 Dresden Initial Operator License Examination package had two final as-administered examinations, but did not contain the proposed examination that was developed by the examination writer at Dresden Station. The chief examiner was interviewed concerning the missing document. It was determined that the chief examiner was not familiar with the NRCs requirements to save the proposed examination, and when changes were made to questions, the chief examiner typed over the erroneous question material and saved the new question material without saving the previous material. Because the original proposed examination was not saved separately and the facility deleted their copy, the proposed examination is not available to put in ADAMS.
