(formerly Nuclear Management Company, LLC) ASLBP No. 08-871-01-LR (Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2) December 17, 2008 ORDER (Granting Joint Motion on Disclosure Schedule)
On December 15, 2008, Northern States Power Co. (Northern States) filed a motion asking the Board to modify the disclosure requirements of 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 in this proceeding.1 Specifically, Northern States asks the Board (1) to extend the deadline for Initial Disclosures to February 27, 2009, and (2) to allow for supplementation on the last business day of each month thereafter, rather than within 14 days as provided in 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d). Northern States indicates that both NRC Staff and Petitioner support these requests and authorized Northern States to file this motion on their behalf.
For good cause shown, Northern States request is GRANTED. The deadline for Initial Disclosures required under 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a) and (b) will be February 27, 2009, and supplementation shall occur on the last business day of each month thereafter.
