RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND NRC INSPECTION REPORT
Dear Mr. Douet:
Thank you for your letter of December 2, 2008, in response to our September 18, 2008,
letter and Notice of Violation concerning a security event that occurred between August 26,
2006, and June 26, 2008. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns
raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions
during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be
maintained.
