NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000416/2008004
Dear Mr. Douet:
Thank you for your letter of November 13, 2008, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation
dated October 17, 2008. This violation involved the failure to perform an adequate inspection of
probable maximum precipitation door seals protecting safety-related equipment. We find your
reply responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review your corrective
action implementation during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been
achieved and will be maintained.
