(NEC) filed a motion on December 3, 2008, seeking to extend time to file a motion for reconsideration of the Boards Partial Initial Decision issued on November 24, 2008.1 The Board hereby grants the motion. NECs deadline for filing a motion for reconsideration is extended to December 15, 2008 and the deadline for filing answers thereto is extended to January 5, 2009.
